Terms governing the use of the wedding planning platform provided by Vcv Group (BV).

1. Company Information
These Terms apply to services provided by Vcv Group (BV), enterprise number BE 0556.959.647, registered address Beuntstraat 25, 2570 Duffel, Belgium ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Description of Service
The Service provides digital planning tools, including wedding planning, invitations, RSVP tracking, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management features.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Fees, Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation
Paid plans, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in your account settings. Your purchase is also subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, including unauthorized access attempts, unlawful use, malware distribution, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, including GDPR compliance obligations where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the previous twelve (12) months.

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms or where required for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
